kinda .. uh weird that my first submission in such a long time would be along these lines :3~ but yeah...

It just made me inspired I guess! ^^
Ice has always been my favourite element for anything, so Articuno ended up being my definite favourite in the game ( XP I played it back in the day when all that existed was red and blue mya~ )
=O he was going to be bishi, but then I was hey.. Articuno is genderless.. so um.. maybe it still works??
something about his hair/hairline I don't like :/
(it would have been better full body, but my figures are too long to fit in there and not end up tiny! T~T )
